For how long do I have access to the course?

For the most courses you have lifetime access unless the platform shuts down or until something goes really wrong. Your course purchase also includes updates that I will be making as new research comes along.

Some courses might have a 6 month access. Please refer to the FAQs for that specific course for details.

Do I have to login at a certain time to access the course?

Not at all. View the videos, complete the excercises at your own pace and when your schedule allows you. I really want you to be comfortable in whatever step you wish to take towards your health.

My friends and family are asking for my login. Can I share it with them?

Well, here is the thing. I have put in a lot of effort and time in putting this course together. Hence I will sincerely suggest that each person makes a purchase and has their own login.
However, if you decide to share your login, you are doing so at your own risk. Afterall, your login info is personal information.
